Portland Webworks was asked to step in and assist a local agency that was experiencing staff turnover while trying to meet a deadline for the Procter & Gamble brand, Clearblue Easy. The brief covered complete development services, including the implementation of a new, contemporary design to their consumer-facing website, restructuring of the site’s Information Architecture, full content review, and Search Engine Optimization.
Coordinating both internal and external resources, Portland Webworks worked to deliver a completely new site, all within a compressed timeline. The project demonstrated Portland Webworks’ strong Project Management skills, marshaling the efforts of various teams and skillsets to deliver a holistic solution to the client.
The net result was the on-time delivery of a completely new site, that proved easier to find and simpler to navigate, and provided extensive resources for the end client’s target audience in an accessible format.
