International veterinary products and services company, IDEXX Laboratories, had enjoyed rapid growth, but as a result now found significant gaps in their technical web foundation.

As a result, IDEXX called upon Portland Webworks to perform a full audit of their web infrastructure, while working in conjunction with renowned useability specialists, Mad*Pow, based in Portsmouth, NH. Portland Webworks conducted extensive interviews with all major stakeholders, across all aspects of the business, in order to get a full understanding of current challenges and future opportunities.
