Director of Project Management
As Director of Project Management, Ben provides insight and leadership to Portland Webworks' project management processes to ensure that client business objectives are achieved on-time and on-budget.
As an active Project Manager and strategic consultant, Ben oversees all aspects of the planning and development process from inception to completion. Ben is a critical thinker who ensures that Portland Webworks' projects are well-planned, well-executed, well-documented, and, of course, focused on the value they bring to clients.
Ben has proven leadership in a wide array of software and web development initiatives with varying business requirements, managing projects for clients such as Cadbury Schweppes, the Maine Judicial Branch, and Sun Microsystems.
Ben is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a member of the Apple Consultants Network.
