Ronnie Northup, Director of Software Development

Ronnie brings to the company an extensive background in conceptualizing, designing and building public facing websites as well as enterprise applications in a variety of platforms, including Java, Apple and Microsoft technologies. During his career he has worked in a leadership role in healthcare and financial industries with direct involvement in all stages of software development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, use case analysis, design, implementation, and transition.

As an active developer and software architect, Ronnie manages all technical aspects of our software projects, mentoring the development team and facilitating opportunities for skill development. To this task he brings a broad experience in enterprise technology requirements, as well as effective resource management, scheduling, technical leadership, code reviews, and the common development processes (RUP, XP, Agile).
