Alison Schestopol, Director of Project Management

Alison heads up our growing project management team, providing both day-to-day direction as well as shaping our broader project management approach.

Alison cut her teeth working for some of Maine’s most dynamic technology companies, including IDEXX Laboratories, Diversified Business Communications, and Abilis New England. During this time she worked on a broad range of enterprise IT projects and was exposed to a variety of project management methodologies, helping her hone her skills and develop her own style.

As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Alison has true depth to her project management arsenal, but ultimately she applies a pragmatic approach to each of her projects, applying the most appropriate methodologies, based on the clients goals, timeline and budget.
